Exchanges
Exchange is subject to the availability of the desired item and must be within 48 hours from the purchased item; noting that the item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Refunds
We offer a try on during the delivery; therefore, no refunds can take place once the courier leaves your doorstep.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
